I called customer service with a random question re: deliversy time, and was happily surprised when someone answered the phone at like 6 p. m. East Coast time. She was super helpful, offered to check on my order and see exactly when it might ship, and she followed up with an email the next morning, as promised. Will be a repeat customer!
