Average buying experience and updated (and now more limited) return policy is not commensurate with the ‘premium brand’ of Steelcase from yesteryear

It’s wobbly and uncomfortable. Armrests are truly 4D and constantly adjust themselves against your will. I’m not sure if all chairs are like that, or perhaps the fact that it was a three years old and already at least once returned chair made it worse. I returned it shortly after it arrived. One extra star for okay customer support.

Horrible

It’s a very well build torture device. Never had a single day of comfort sitting and working in this chair. Regretful purchase.
