I found the order process to be quite easy overall, and the delivery was very quick as well. Unfortunately, despite the packaging, there was some questionable damage to the packaging. When opening, there was some damage to the monitor stand and keyboard stand. I’ll be calling to see if Stand Ready is willing to replace just the specific pieces, or just provide a discount and call it a day. I would say that despite the cosmetic damage, this is a very convenient workspace for remote or occasional work from home. I’m very happy with it.
