The desk converter is good and sturdy. Keyboard tray holder is metal and even though it flexes a little is just fine. The delivery was pretty fast and no damage to the unit was found, so the packaging must have improved. Love the desk so far.

Seems more interested in the bottom line than hiring qualified mechanical engineers who can calculate when a screw can get stuck in places it’s not supposed to

Fast shipping, quality products, just one tiny flaw - a hairline crack in my brand new desk. Maybe it's a first world problem, or maybe it's just irksome to receive a full priced item with a flaw in it. S'cuse me.
