Shipped quickly. Just an issue with FedEx delivery

Contacted customer service to ask if they offered a military discount. They replied yes. That made my decision a little easier. Order was 100% accurate and well packaged. Nothing damaged upon Arrival.

Shipping was great, everything came that was supposed to. The Matress and box spring removal was also great and I highly recommend.

I love my Big Fig! If it were possible to stay in it all day, I would. I love that it’s firm without being uncomfortable, and I’ve had nothing but great sleep since getting it. The only downside it that the mattress and foundation are so thick that, when it is sitting on my bed frame it is extremely high. I actually purchased a step-stool to help me up!
