ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! No other mattress comes close to the support and comfort of Big Fig!! Without a doubt the BEST mattress we've EVER owned.

Had to reach out to Customer service a couple times and they're great. Personable and resolved everything.

This hefty bed and frame were shipped so quickly and arrived ready to assemble (which was quick with the video guidance)

The process was A+++ from beginning to end. All questions were answered on the website and we felt confident when we placed our order that we were making the right decision. The time frame for delivery was updated as needed, and we had no unpleasant surprises. Everything was perfect!
