Fast delivery and even though fedex had messed up Big Fig customer service especially Chris was extremely courteous and helpful.

It doesn’t sleep hot, which was my biggest concern. I no longer wake up a sweaty mess, which is lovely.

Ordered over the phone and it was such an easy process. Got white the glove service which ate up the discount but it was so worth.

Shipped extra fast. Arrived days before ETA. Was hell getting in the house though. Extremely heavy. So make sure you have some help.
