Only received half my order, still on waiting, haven't heard anything about the other piece

I had a very poor experience with buying our fireplace through Spotix. The items arrived damaged due to lack of quality packing and covered in black soot/carbon once they arrived. Items on the web site do not include accurate descriptions for compatible components needed and led us to loose over $250 including return shipping, which we had to cover.

All the added taxes way too much causing the cost to go up greatly. Will not use Spotix

Terrible service, missing parts, took for every, your company was a middle man, and a piss poor one at that! I will never order anything from Y'all ever again
