It took a little while to ger my order fulfilled as it wasn’t in stock. I got a very courteous email in return to my query as to why it was taking longer than normal. The product hasn’t been installed yet but it looks amazingly and amazingly well made.

Shipping wasn't quick because the rack was not in inventory and had to come from Moen first. However, communication and customer service was first rate.
