Shipping took too long. Don’t know what the problem was. I am submitting my bill to my medical insurance so I need a receipt showing my bill and that it has been paid.

Was a little longer receiving than expected but very impressed with the kit upon receipt. Splashes kept in touch during shipping to ensure I received my package
