I bought a space foam pillow with the intention of it being great. Simply put it was too firm for my taste. When I asked to return it. I was meant with a genuine response from a real person. Not only telling me that she understood and I could return the pillow for a full refund. But they send them to the salvation army. To top it off she made a personal recommendation for me to try thr Columbia Sodf touch cooling pillow that is softer and not as firm. I highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service and support. I am very sorry their pillow didn't work out for me. If they come up worh a softer pillow in the future I will be them for my entire family. Very refreshing to see customer service like this in 2019. A+ Bravo

Could not be more happy with the nights of rest I get with the Space Pillow!

I have to say my favorite part about this pillow is how cool it stays. I get ready for bed at night and the pillow is cold as ice regardless of the room temperature. It is a firm pillow, which I prefer, it has great support but it’s certainly not a brick. Overall a wonderful product, I will definitely be buying a few more!

Was having problems with other pillows causing shoulder pain and neck pain because they were too soft or too hard or didn’t stay where they were suppose to. The space pillow is dense and yet soft and stays the same density all night. My only complaint is that my pillow cases keep falling off, but I’ll just get one that isn’t open on the end and that will fix it! Love my space pillow.

I work as a first responder because of that my sleep schedule isn’t of existence. However, with this pillow I’ve been able to have amazing sleep and don’t wake up tossing the pillow over multiple times
