The pillows are wonderful. Firm support for a side sleeper is a must. I no longer wake to a stiff neck, no longer does my head sink into the pillow. They are cool to the touch keeping you comfortable all night. I gave one to my 10 year old Grandson and he just loves it. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
