I paid for a full set. The duvet cover was not in and I was promised it with a few days. They have not called. I called and left a message. No response. Where is my duvet cover?

I reached out to let the company know I never received my order and I was told to go to my neighbours and see if they have it. A bit weird. I still don’t have my order.
