The entire process for purchasing the remnants of countertops of Solid Surface worked very well. Seeing the items available was great, with only some technical challenges for slow response and back button taking you too far back. If the search results displayed a button to return to the Search Results (provided you were taken back to the same exact place in the search) this could result in a better client experience . When I ordered the piece I wanted, it was shipped in a rather flimsy method of folding over a box. The product was bent and splintered approx 25% of the small slab off into a second piece. When I reported the problem to Customer Service, a replacement piece was sent to me almost immediately. I appreciated the quick resolution of this issue very much. Its easy to see that Customer Service is #1 with this company and Top of Mind with all employees. Great Job Team!

Process went smoothly. The laser measuring worked very well, accounting for even small deviations in the wall contour. The new counter fits perfectly. The install team was professional and worked quickly, great job!

Customer service is great! I’ve had two different orders and the first one had an error, my mistake. When I called, I got it resolved immediately. Their adhesive product works perfectly. The second order arrived UPS well packaged and on time as well. Thanks!
