Ordering on Line was easy. Then when I had questions about my order, I called cutomers service and they were knowledgeable and very nice, they gave me my answers. I also asked through e-mail some questions, and the helped me, very well. Even thought I ended up having to cancel my order, which also was very easy. I would definatley come back to the site and recomended it to others.

Other than being sent a promotion code that would not work! My experience was very positive. All items were exactly as described and arrived in a timely manner. When they say you need a forklift to unload it they are not kidding. Ordered a 30" by 144" full sheet and all though I could pick that up by myself . With their packaging i don't think even two people would stand a chance. I was very impressed with their packaging/crating of the material. A shipping company would have to really try to do any damage to the material!! I would and will use solidsurface again for any future purchases of this type of material.

Had an issue with spillage on the first shipment and customer service rapidly resolved our issue. Very pleased and plan on a future purchase of Corian from SolidSurface.

I have obtained products from solid surface multiple times over the last few years. all products are of first quality, great price, and delivered timely. I will always use solid surface for all of my acrylic surface needs.
