Made an error but rectified and corrected very appropriately.

I called them and spoke to a live person, ordered exactly what I needed, and they shipped them to me for free in two days. Locally they told me it would take 2+ weeks to get them. Plus shipping!!, and about $150 more per skylight. The packages arrived in perfect condition and the skylights were safe and intact. I will definitely use them again for my needs.
