The shipping was great. I appreciate being able to purchase only 4 panels and have them arrive with no damage. I haven't been able to install them yet but look forward to installing them this summer. Thanks again

Loved the quality of the skylight. The instruction on how to sync the wall switches.

Good. . . on-time delivery

Jeremy at tech support has been very helpful. He is knowledgeable, knows the products and has excellent rapport. He takes time and understands my questions and can give answers a lay person understands. Is assistance was instrumental in me making the decision to buy one and possibly two inverters from this company.

When dealing solar installation or repairs, most of us have little or no experience. That's where Solar Town comes in. They have a wide selection and competent advice. I needed to replace 2 inverters that failed and Jeremy pointed me to the right product Not only that, but when my electrician needed installation advice and Jeremy was immensely helpful. He helped get my system back online and saved me a considerable amount of money.
