Your customer service is beyond top notch!!!! I have raved to everyone about your company in the last month that we've worked with your company. I initially called to get some specs on some skylights that we were ordering for our build and was called back within the hours with specs, quantity and location of the skylights! Of course, I sent the order in that afternoon. Once we received the skylights (I chose to pick them up at the freight company), I realized one had been shattered in shipping. I called the next morning to relay the dilemna and by that afternoon, a replacement had already shipped. Simply amazing!!!! I will refer your company to anyone looking for your products!
