I read about Snowe's down comforters at the Wirecutter and enthusiastically ordered the thicker of the two options. It was very fluffy so it looked attractive on our bed inside a duvet cover, but I found it to be too hot night after night in Berkeley, CA (where it never gets terribly cold at night). My husband and I left it on the bed for a whole month before I remembered Snowe's 60 day trial policy. I sent them an email and someone quickly confirmed that I could exchange my first purchase for the lighter weight option. We have been using the new one for a week - now I am sleeping like a log every night and know we have found the perfect year-round comforter. Thanks Snowe!

Of all the brands I looked at I really feel like I got a steal with my Snowe comforter. Quality construction and great customer service (needed to try a lighter one.)
