My new robe is unbelievably warm and soft. I bought 5 separate robes from different companies to compare and my Snowe robe far outpassed them all. It is warm but not hot, soft, cozy, fits well, and I think stylish. I am such a fan and find myself wearing it around the house all the time. The sheets are grand in every way. I inadvertently ordered double size and didn't realize I made the mistake until they were in the washer. Snowe responded to my lamentation and replaced the sheets with a queen set. I didn't get the sale price from my original order, but because it was my mistake I didn't complain. Snowe credited my account for the first order. The sheets are great.
