Snowe customer service is great. They stand behind the products they sell. However, there is a cost for returns. I’ve purchased sheets from Snowe and very happy with the quality, pricing, and wear (must follow washing & drying instructions)

Wish you offered more colors!

I like my sheets crisp & cool, especially in the summer. After doing some research, I discovered these SNOWE percale sheets. They were on sale so I immediately ordered them and I'm very happy with them so far. Great product and great service! My only very minor feedback is that I thought the bag provided (not packaging) for the set was unnecessary.
