For me, this engineered solution works better than an all natural bamboo/tencel duvet/duvet insert that I also tried - this and that were top AI recommendations for people with night sweats, but that one gets uncomfortably hot in 70 degrees temperatures and leads to more episodes of night sweats than this one.
