I've been dawged with night sweats for a very long time. Almost lost hope. But this mattress pad, I can only say, it's fantastic! My first night on it, no sweats, no wet spots, great sleep.

I had been wanting to try a cooling pillow from them for a while but live outside the US. Finally I arranged to ship a pillow to a friend who I would be staying with. . . this sounds like a lot of trouble but it was totally worth having to bring a big suitcase just to travel back home with it. I LOVE THIS PILLOW. I am menopausal so often too hot, and still get hot flashes (thankfully night sweats not as much these days). Totally recommended not just for the cooling effect but its consistency and softness. Thank you!
