The size and thickness is perfect for me to cuddle. The dual sides actually do have a cold side and warm side, lol. I can feel the subtle difference which is neat. This pillow is definitely cold, so if you run hot at night, this is 100% legit. I love my pillows cold all night For reference, I’m 5’2 and it fits great. Tbh this pillow is great for any height. (I’m a body pillow connoisseur)
