Website is easy to navigate. Lots of clear pictures. Would like a selection for firmness. Easy ordering process. Excellent delivery time. Can be difficult to move upstairs if just one person moving the box due to the weight. Currently several weeks in but find the firmness is causing a little back ache.

I would have liked more direct communication from Sleep Republic.

Way too firm...if not hard. Hopefully a topper will help.

Not a very comfortable mattress for the price we paid

Dear Sir/Madam, The mattress is not comfortable. When I sleep in it, I sink into the mattress and wake up with pain everywhere in my body. The quality is very different from the Queen size which I purchased from you. This one feels as there are no pocket springs in the mattress! I started thinking or returning the mattress. If you have a better mattress, then please consider replacing it. My kids have (slumber zone) gently firm mattresses and they been using it for 4 years and they are still comfortable and awesome with the pocket springs working fine even though it's only 3 zone, not 5 zone pocket springs like yours! You claim that you put more springs in the mattress to have more support, but I didn't feel that with the single king size that I got from you. I'm really so disappointed with the mattress.
