The mattress arrived very promptly and it unpacked itself brilliantly. I didn't notice any obvious smell - there might have been a bit, but it disappeared quite quickly. It is really comfortable. The only disappointment is that we probably needed to replace the mattress base at the same time, as there is still a little movement when my husband turns over etc. But it is not nearly as obvious as before and I am kind of used to it.

We have had this mattress for about 2 weeks now. + It's very comfortable + Delivered very quickly + No unpleasant odours when unpacking - The advertising should indicate that it really is a 2 person unpacking job - The advertising should give the weight rather than say it's heavy - The delivery man should not attempt to drag this up steps - they break the handle making it very difficult to move other than by lifting.

When I first got it delivered I had no idea it would weigh as much as an elephant. It sat in the box downstairs for a week until I could get someone to help me with it. The first few nights on it were not great. My body had to adjust to the firmness. I even spent another $350 in a memory foam mattress topper to give a softer feel. After a fortnight I was going to return the mattress when suddenly the mattress started to soften up. Now it's just about perfect although I've noticed that it's starting to dip just a little where I sleep. It's still really supportive and feels lovely to sleep on. I also love that it's 31cm thick. Overall I'm very happy! 😊
