Shipping was same day which was amazing, service was great, mattress could do with a little extra padding on top but overall its quite comfortable.

Yes we like it better than the koala.deeper mattress .and firmer .just wish every would put handles on them .when your in your 70s it’s hard to lift,but liter than our good mattress

This is a good mattress. It's good value for money, and although it doesn't feel particularly comfortable when you first lie on it (it feels kind-of dense), for the first time in many years I'm not getting back pain, or pressure point numbness. I'm sleeping without tossing and turning and waking. I tend to sleep quite hot, and I'm not detecting any heat from the foams, either. The returns policy was the main reason for my trying a mail-order mattress, but from the first night it was great, so I do not imagine I'll be returning it. Probably just as well, TNT sent it out (to a rural area) in a giant truck, which the driver wasn't game to drive up my driveway so I had to drive down to the road and load it into my car. As these are heavy mattresses that caused a few hassles for me, but I managed to get the box in and onto the bed. I'd recommend people have a removalists trolley, as the box cannot handle being pulled up steps, the wooden insert with the handle comes out. But with a trolley, it's a lot easier.

The mattress so far is very comfortable. One of the bed metal connecting brackets was approx. 3mm different in pitch distance to the two screws in the base and wouldn't fit until I hacksawed the bracket to make it fit. Not impressed with the quality control obviously. Delivery of the bed base and mattress was carried out by one person, should have been two with items that heavy. I obviously helped the delivery man but I'm in my seventies and it was a struggle for me helping to get the items up a few steps and into the house. Luckily our bedroom is on the ground floor.
