Mattress is great, but the after purchase customer care was very inconsistent. We go an email reciept, but no instructions or "what to expect" emails after that. Then we got a text saying our order was out for delivery 5 days before it arrived, and zero email contact. It was meant to be on backorder till the 18, it arrived on the 11. We really weren't ready for it. It's such a comfy mattress though, and the edge support is great. I haven't slept this well for years.

We were very happy with the process of ordering and supply. Also very happy with the mattress, slightly harder than we were used to but have got used to it after a couple of weeks. Only a slight partner disturbance which is what we were after.

Ships really fast! We bought a queen size, it's comfortable - plush but with good support. We liked that it has springs rather than just foam (like our old one). So far so good! Would recommend!
