The mattress was delivered precisely on time. Unpacking it from a box was a bit weird but instructions were great. The mattress is perfect. Moderate to firm which what we wanted and extremely comfortable. Try the bamboo sheets as they are great.

Delivery was good - not next day but within 5 days and I didn’t need this mattres super speedy. Comfort level is more form than previous mattress but the soft top makes up for this. The quality of the mattress is high and all the outer material feels very sturdy.
