I had a mass panic as my delivery was due to a new house on the day after settlement; of course settlement got delayed and I scrambled around trying to get 100 things rearranged. Rose at customer service was patient and understanding and worked with me to ensure I got my matress, despite my panic. A+ service.

We are happy with the mattress so far but have only had it for 3 weeks. However, it sure does make us realise how unsupportive our old one was ! Ordering was easy, delivery was perfect and communication great. Can't ask for much more than that.
