Firm but soft as described. One of the best beds we have slept on, including all the hotel ones. Highly recommended.

Amazing quality and even better service. The mattress is more on the medium side. It feels extremely luxurious. The customer service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before- very prompt and accommodating. :)

Still testing out the mattress, but so far so good, especially the bamboo sheet :-) Its a little softer that what I was expecting, but thats subjective. Customer service from a buying perspective has been great!
