great product does relax the back.

I have only slept on it a few days. It is great so far. My biggest concern is what happens in a couple of years. I have had sag with a Helix and a Casper was made my hips hurt.

I did have to return my pillow, and pay for the return postage, which was $13. Would have been nice to have a true "free return" with the postage pre-paid. Suppose I'm spoiled by Amazon. I have not yet received my credit, but trust that it will come through.
