SCAM!!! Money from credit card are gone and order was never shipped!!!

Took Three days to get an RMA number for it and then I find out you guys don’t pay the shipping back and I have to pay $26 to ship it back to you and then I have to track it so that when I see it gets to you I have to remind you of it and send you the tracking number on my package so you can credit my credit card. What a hassle.

Zero order fulfillment. No one answers the phones or reply’s to emails. Been waiting a week and a half past my stated delivery date.
