Even better than I expected. . . and I had very high expectations to begin with.
I read a lot of reviews and took the plunge. The 2-in topper salvaged my old saggy mattress better than I could have hoped. I liked it so much I bought a second one for the guest room. Five stars all around. The product, the shopping experienced, the delivery, the warranty, everything!

Fabulous customer service! I emailed about an exchange, which they responded to right away. The replacement and return label showed up by FedEx two days later. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Oh, and the latex topper we bought? Super comfy! No off-gassing. Zero. Nadda. Zilch. We love it.
