I needed the extra support as I suffer from back pain, but I also needed softness for a hip injury I have. This topper is the perfect solution to both of those needs. Additionally, Sleep on Latex’s customer service is top notch. I wanted to try a different firmness and they very easily and quickly offered me an exchange. To return the one I didn’t keep, they sent me a return box and scheduled a FedEx pickup for me. The customer service team was all extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. I will definitely be returning to Sleep on Latex for any future topper needs as their products are quality and their customer service is exceptional.
