Awful customer service. Sleep Galleria took no responsibility after sending me a defective product I couldn't use. I will continue spreading the word about this until you guys make it right.

We ordered a bedding topper which never came. Then se called and they said it was on back order and had not shipping date from manufacturer. WE CANCELLED THE ORDER THAT DAY and were told that our money would be refunded. 6 weeks later, we waited for the money to be refunded. When we called back, they said the item shipped and they couldn't refund until the shipment was rejected. We refused the shipment from UPS and the item was returned to the manufacturer. My husband called Sleep Galleria again today. They said that we were supposed to keep the topper and they were going to refund the money. They are "working" on the refund. It has been 2 months. Unbelievably poor customer service. Buyer beware.

No service to locate order over 3 months ago. Tracking shows arrived in town to white glove service. After 3 calls to support - told that was a mistake. No idea where my order is, promises to get back to me by end of day to receive silence, no response. No response or resolution yet....

Ordered massage chair over a month ago, still haven't received it.
