You can keep your 15% coupon because I would not purchase another item from this company. Terrible support staff, could never get answers for delivery dates. Go somewhere else or maybe their stores are better than their online service.

Again….1 Star Is Too High. I read reviews of the various pillows, and since I already had one of these given as a gift years ago, I wanted THIS pillow. AFTER the order was placed AND my credit card was charged, THEN I was emailed it was backordered and another type was offered. I ONLY want the one I ordered or a refund!!!! At least other companies let you know if an item is not available or in back order before they take your money!!
