One word…terrible. Shipping company said it wouldn’t fit through the door even though it comes in boxes and has to be assembled. 2nd shipping company did it with no problem. However, delivered without console.. been waiting over 4 weeks for it. Now have a 4,000$ recliner that doesn’t massage
