The first rep that I was connected to was Hillary. She is no longer with Sleep City but was awesome! This purchase was right before Covid "lock down." We purchased a king and two twin beds. Our second purchase (I cannot remember the rep's name.) was smooth sailing too. We purchased a queen size bed right after they were back to doing home deliveries and taking away old mattresses. Great products, great price, wonderful customer service, no issues with delivery/set up and they took away our old mattresses!! Would highly recommend!

Destiny Palmer was a fantastic representative to work with. She was kind, offered a great price and communicated with me the whole time. I cannot thank her enough and she represents sleep city very well. I purchased a sealy posturepedic silverchill hybrid plus king size mattress, and the quality and sleep are incredible. Sleep city arranged hassle free delivery, and the mattress was clean and undamaged.

All went well and everything was delivered as promised.

Stephanie and Destiny made sure we had the mattress of our dreams and the slight delay was well worth while. Pricing was superb and our Beauty Rest Black Series K is a wonderful mattress to look forward to each and every night.
