Great heavy quality stove

We have been really impressed by all of the staff at Simply stoves. They were attentive and helpful both on the phone and by emails. Despite us buying an ex display stove they went out of the way to photograph and film the stove working in the showroom. They pointed out any blemishes and kept us up to date on the progress of our order. So impressed by their keenness to help and we are chuffed with the quality of our stove too. Having bought this fire online I was a little worried as to the quality and the fire effects - not having seen it in the flesh! I shouldn't have been concerned. It looks amazing! And it is so much fun with all the different colours. Would recommend
