Simply Stoves actually answers the phone ! …. revolutionary in the world of commerce these days. Purchase was smooth and straightforward, with a follow-up call about delivery. Delivery however was something of a nightmare! How an almost 80 year old widow is expected to negotiate 40kg of cast iron stove into a sheltered space ( awaiting installation ) , Is challenging to say the least. Surely, it is not beyond the comprehension of delivery companies to see that these things need a two man crew ?
