Easy ordering and excellent service

I purchased the Gazco eReflex 150RW from Simply Stoves at the end of January 2024. Unfortunately it has not been installed yet due to delays from my fitter (nothing to do with Simply Stoves) so I cannot comment on the product just yet. However, I have opened the box, it looks a nice unit and looking forward to getting it setup very soon. But my 5 star rating is on Simply Stoves. From the moment I enquired about the product to me calling them last week, their service has been really good and they have been really helpful. They have given me advice and even managed to contact the delivery driver for me as I urgently had to go out, all was ok and I did not miss my delivery. Anyone looking for an fire, have a chat with the team at Simply Stoves, great people and I look forward to uploading a photo of my electric fire once it is installed.
