I could not be happier with the service provided when I purchased some Philips Hue lights. I rang to check that the item I wanted was in stock, they posted it the same day and I received it the next day!!!

I ordered some Philips hue globes. I was about to install them, I realised I’d ordered the wrong type. I contacted simply LEDs and told them about my mistake. I asked to swap them for the correct type they said “No problem”. I sent the globes back and they sent me the correct one. Professional and courteous, Thank you very much.

Very quick postage

Ordered LED’s and a Hue Bridge that I needed, they arrived almost next day if I recall correctly, packed well and certainly on time!! I think this is second or third time purchase, I’ll certainly be back!
