Anytime I've purchased through Simplehuman, it's been a smooth process. I love the soap refill bags as they are easy to use and store, the scents are light, and the soap lathers up in the hands nicely. I just wish we could mix the scents when purchasing instead of purchasing one scent of 3 bags. I had to purchase 6 bags to get 2 scents.

A little spendy, but all Simple Human products are super efficient, of highest quality, and look great! I mean, how often do you buy a garbage can or soap dispenser? You may as well invest in one that won't cause you grief and buyer's remorse.

Love ordering items through Simple Human / website. The online website is clean and efficient and the delivery is perfect!

The mirror has been excellent, unfortunately we had a problem with the hinge point, but simplehuman warranty and service were excellent. We have the mirror back in place.
