I buy it by the case as it’s the best consistency for the Simple Human auto dispenser ….and I like the aroma too!

I purchased 4 stainless sensor pumps over a year ago, 1 of them slowly lost charge time then stopped working. I contacted Simple human for warranty and quickly a replacement was shipped. Simplehuman does not ship to PO Boxes so I provide my home address thinking that the item would be delivered by a courier service, when I realized that Canada Post would be the delivery service I contacted customer support with concerns the item would be returned and it was. Customer support worker Miracle Martinez re ordered my warranty sensor pump and it was re shipped immediately. Thank you simplehuman for Miracle.

I love all the products this company makes.

I love this travel mirror. It has 10X magnification, lights up automatically and stores in a very sturdy case. I bought it to replace an identical mirror that I had bought from this company over 10 years ago. After surviving multiple drops over the years, that mirror finally succumbed to a stone floor. I am so happy that this mirror is still available because it is so well designed and almost indestructible.
