Simba Mattress

Still waiting to get used to it

Simba promises to make delivery to Dublin in 72 hours. We ordered Simba becuase we had guests arriving the following weekend. We live in a gated development and apparently UPS couldn't get access through the gate. Normally delivery drivers just call when they are at the gates so I could buzz them in. In turned out Simba forgot to pass on the contact details to UPS so they couldn't contact me. UPS decided they would just hold the mattress in the warehouse for me to pick it up. When I called Simba a week later, the customer service representative thought I had asked UPS to hold the mattress in their warehouse (or that's what it said on their system). She promised to call back on Monday after speaking to the courier . But I never received the call from Simba ,instead someone from local UPS called and arranged delivery for the following day. UPS was supposed to call 30 mins before so I would have enough time to get back home from work to receive delivery. Instead I received a phone call from the driver who claimed who was less than 20 mins away and refused to wait until I get home. I had to tell the driver how to open the garden door and have the mattress delivered to the garden shed in the end.
