wrong napkins sent- no response from customer service when I asked for a refund

I was disappointed that I received these napkins that are not paper and need to be washed. I missed seeing that on your website.

Not what I expected. Service and shipping was fine but the “napkin” was just a cut piece of cloth,

I didn’t receive the napkins

I still have not received my order and my party is in 2 days- super stressful
