Very satisfied with the quality of sharpening done on my two knives

Super sharp knives. Returned our knives to work like new in a super quick timeframe.

I sent the Shun knives I purchased from Williams Sonoma in for sharpening and when I tell you these are sharp, I cannot stress this enough. I was so excited to finally have my knives back and must have opened the box too fast and the knives got upset… so they cut me. I carefully took off the protective sheath they were shipped in and they must have been angry… so they cut me. I hung them on the magnetic block, but they must have been displeased with their placement… so they cut me. A few days later after all the bleeding stopped I decided to cook my first meal with them. Well, they must not have been happy with my meal choice so… they cut me. After dinner, we ate and I was cleaning up. I made sure to clean and dry my knives, but it must not have been good enough, so they cut me. I was afraid to use them the next day so I used my really dull drawer knives. That was my mistake! The Shun knives were really angry… and cut me, and then when I glanced at them hanging so beautifully in my wall. . they cut me again. As I’m writing this I am fearful for my life. The knives were expertly sharpened, but at what cost? They were quickly and carefully return shipped to me, but perhaps I’m not worthy? I loved and still love these knives… but let me tell you. They will cut you.
