Jura has been great to make sure we get our shipments of filters and cleaning tablets as we have moved from state to state in our homes and our rv’s.

Great experience with purchasing our Factory Refurbished Jura E6. It looked brand new and shipping was fast. Tatiana in customer service spent a good amount of time going over the various machines and what would actually be best for our coffee needs and desires. So far so good and still learning about what the machine offers and how to use.
