Great produce, we gave our 8 year old jura to our son and upgraded to this newer model - loved that one and we love this one too!

I have not needed to call Jura customer service regarding our newest coffee machine, the S8. In prior years when our machine needed service or I needed advice regarding the coffee machine, customer service has always been great—friendly, professional and informed.

Great beans to use for making lattes and cappuccinos in a super automatic espresso machine. I highly recommend them.
